current text seems not to be as unclear that including it into an errata
appears necessary.

For ODF 1.2, the suggested clarification appears reasonable to be added.

The suggestion regarding the schema appears to be an interesting option
for a post 1.2 version.

1.2 conformance section.

Suggestion: Add a statement that META-INF/manifest.xml is mandatory in 
the ODF 1.2 part 3 conformance section, when they are reworked.
