I would like to simply use the suggested resolution but since we don't have svg:rx/svg:ry on text:box and caption, it results in an odd looking text.
We currently say:
"The draw:corner-radius attribute specifies the radius of the circle used to round off the corners of a caption <draw:caption>, rectangle <draw:rect>, or a text-box <draw:text-box>.
The svg:rx and svg:ry attributes can also be used to round off the corners of a rectangle <draw:rect>."
So the fix is meaningful but only for <draw:rect> and not <draw:caption> and <draw:text-box>.
I suppose we could say: "If both svg:rx/svg:ry and draw:corner-radius attributes are present on a <draw:rect> element, the svg:rx/svg:ry attributes control the rounding applied to the corner of the defined rectangle."
Calling out that as a special case is doable but isn't good practice.
My suggestion is that we add svg:rx/svg:ry to <draw:caption> and <draw:text-box> and then say:
"If svg:rx, svg:ry and draw:corner-radius attributes are present on an element, the svg:rx and svg:ry attributes control the rounding applied to the shape defined by the element."
