NOTE IN CHANGES FOR 1.2:
"The svg;rx and svg:ry attributes are introduced to provide advanced control of rounding on certain shapes. When one of these attributes is present, it over-rides any draw:corner-radius attribute that can appear on the same element."
[This wording is suggested because presence of only one of svg:rx and svg:ry implies a value for the other, according to 17.553 and 17.554.]
SUGGESTED WORDING FOR 17.131
"If more than one of svg:rx, svg:ry, and draw:corner-radius attributes are specified on an element, the draw:corner-radius attribute shall have no effect."
[This wording allows for the fact that not both svg:rx and svg:ry are required in order to control the rounding. I am assuming that we are only talking about schema-valid documents so the decision about how many places any of them can appear does not have to be stated.]
