Communication of TC Liaisons

The OASIS OpenDocument Format (ODF) TC recently voted to appoint liaisons 
representatives to organizations with which we have an ongoing need to 
coordinate activities.

Per OASIS Liaison Policy [a], these liaisons representatives are now 
listed on the TC's home page [b] and the OASIS President is hereby 
notified.
