Add to section 1.2 Notation:

Some attribute values are defined by an BNF. The BNF notation used in this case is the on defined by the XML specification, chapter 6 [XML1.0].

Adapt the BNF for the anim:formula and draw:formula attributes to the XML 1.0 BNF notation (see comments)
