"The chart:overlap attribute specifies how much bars within the same category in a bar chart overlap. It is specified as an integer percentage relative to the width of a single bar."

Assuming negative values aren't possible  for this attribute (if they are, does a negative percentage indicates a gap between bars instead of an overlap ?), the datatype zeroToHundredPercent seems more logical
