        Greetings! 

After some emails with DCMI, I have created an updated RER for Dublin Core. BTW, there is a typo in 1.2 that has the correct URL for Dublin Core but the wrong date, 2003. I put the correct date in the RER and will ask OASIS to post a comment on the incorrect date.
