        Updated version, after hearing back from Bruce Schneier.  His main comment was that he currently recommends Twofish over Blowfish.  This is something implementers can do today, if they want, via the extensibility mechanisms.  But we should seriously consider making this intrinsically part of ODF 1.3 

For ODF 1.2, however, I think we need to stick with Blowfish, since that that is what existing encrypted documents from ODF 1.0-1.2 use.
