Eike points out that the "at" unit already is deprecated, since it is listed as "atm" ("at") and there is this sentence following the table:
The unit symbols in parentheses are deprecated unit symbols; evaluators shall support these unit symbols.
we could of course add a comment to the description *why* it's deprecated.

OpenFormula defined CONVERT after Excel that treats "at" and "atm" as
equivalent. Let's not come up with different factors here, even if
academically these two units c/would be different things.
