The table:first-row-end-column attribute specifies the whether the cell
in the first row, end column gets its style from its row or column.

This attribute was deprecated in ODF 1.2, but according to the schema
this attribute is required on <table:table-template>. The text says that
attributes table:use-first-row-styles and table:use-last-column-styles
are to be used instead, but these attributes aren't available on
<table:table-template>, only on <table:table>.

At first blush, I would say we make this attribute optional (can't take
it from the schema) and then fix the schema with regard to
table:use-first-row-styles and table:use-last-column-styles.
