Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a copy of this
standards document?  Incredible as it seems, there is only
one reference to it on Google and none on Yahoo.  Apparently,
it has to do with PKI standards in the financial industry.
I'm hoping someone on the TC can provide pointers.  Thanks.
