WebDSign - Yet another EU WebSign Open Soiurce initiative

WebSigning is getting red-hot in the EU.  This is one of the more
unusual initiatives I have seen to date.  Apparently in an early stage
but I almost got the picture.  If WASP is provider-oriented,
WebDSign is mainly end-user-focused.
