New Article: "UDDI and ebXML Registries: Three-Tier Vision"

Over the past several months, I've mentioned that I've been working on a
"Three-Tier Vision" of interaction and interoperability between UDDI and
ebXML Registry. I'm very happy to announce the publication on ebXML
Forum of my article titled "UDDI and ebXML Registries: Three-Tier
Vision" [1] which describes this vision. This article is also a natural
progession from my April 2003 article "UDDI and ebXML Registry: A
Co-Existence Paradigm".

In this article I also describe the "Web Services and Registries" pilot
that I am currently leading within the U.S. Federal CIO Council XML
Working Group.
