Feedback Due 9/5: Updated Requirements Mapping

Team,

Attached please find an updated version of our Requirements Mapping
document. This version covers requirements [S1]-[S52] inclusive. In the
right column I've added a "Status" bullet for each requirement; for
those that remain open, I've added a reason such as:

"STATUS: OPEN (Unique Identifier)"

The above status means that we have an open issue regarding unique
identifiers. Those marked "(Pending Review)" are pending review by the
Registry TC.

*Please* express feedback on our listserv for this version *** no later
than the end of 9/5/03 (for our European folks, 5/9/03) ***. Comments
received after that time will be considered **only if** the Chair
regards them as leading to an improvement over the current handling as
described in this document. My aim here is to screen these sufficiently
in our subcommittee prior to presenting them to the Registry TC.
