Possible errata: no definition of Statement in the glossary

The word 'Statement' is used extensively in the specs, but there is no
mention in the Glossary, either as a Term or in the context of relevant
Terms (eg. Assertion). It might be desirable to include 'Statement' as a
Term, and place it into context in the definition of other relevant
Terms.
