Major Update of TestCase artifacts completed - Namespaces and Package namesbrought into "OASIS friendly" form

Folks,

As discussed on the Assembly TC call
last week, there was a desire expressed to make the namespaces and Java
package

names more "OASIS friendly".
 I have now completed a major update to the test suite to make this
a reality.

So the namespaces in use are:

SCA composites and related artifacts

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/scatests/200903

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/scatests/2009032

WSDLs

http://test.sca.oasisopen.org/

and the Java package name is:

org.oasisopen.sca.test

The Java package and WSDL namespace
are tied together through the rules of JAX-WS which the SCA specifications
require 

us to follow...

These are now reflected in the Test
Artifacts and in the latest TestCases document:
