[ASSEMBLY-139] Proposal to Reopen Issues 132 & 149 - suggestion

Folks,

For our TC meeting today, I suggest
that we move to make a decision on this proposal.

From what I have heard so far, I get
the sense that there is agreement that it is reasonable to reopen these
issues.

What is not agreed is whether this should
be done against Assembly 1.1 or against Assembly 1.2.

I suggest that it is worth dealing with
this as follows:

a) Vote on a motion to reopen these
issues against 1.1

b) If that vote FAILS, vote on a motion
to reopen these issues against 1.2

- if both votes fail then we put these
issues to bed for good  ;-)
