  NEW ISSUE:  Is the default channel configurable?

  
 

 

  My recollection from our last f2f
meeting is that we decided that the default channel is configurable.

However, I cannot find this said anywhere in the current spec.  I
suggest we add words to the spec that

says the default channel in configurable.
