soliciting volunteer(s): SSTC website & repository maintenance

As mentioned on the 18-Sep SSTC/Focus concall, I need to pass on some of my SSTC
duties due to bandwidth considerations. So I'm soliciting volunteer(s) for
taking on the SSTC website & repository maintenance duties.
