Re: [security-services] Comments on core-21

Another new issue I forgot to add to this list:

Section 2.4.4.1, line 621: Supposedly there's a default for the actions 
namespace, which is why the Namespace attribute on Actions is optional, but 
Section 6 doesn't offer one.  What is it?
