[security-services] New draft-sstc-glossary editors - Eve, then Marc C.

Eve's doing some near-term updates and polishing on draft-sstc-glossary-01 and
will issue a draft-sstc-glossary-02 soon. Marc Chanliau has volunteered to
shepherd the doc onwards from there.
