an example entry-point spec to a "specification set"

altho this spec doesn't provide the summary overview as we are intending to add 
to the SAML conf-req-cum-spec-set-entry-point spec, it does provide a simple 
example of how one can unambiguously state the spec set manifest and declare 
the spec set "entry point"...
