SAML 2.0 Technical Overview uploaded

Just uploaded the first draft of the document.  Two areas still need some
work:

- Kerberos Use Case

- Federation.

I'm now on vacation until 12 August - and Eve is now in "charge".

In reviewing the document I'm particularly looking for comments on my
approach to describing Federation - and if other aspects of Federation
should be included.  Although many of the Federation sections are empty -
you should get an idea from the section headings of what I would like to see
included.
