Issue TECH-1: Identity/Service Provider Terminology and Domain Model

I think this issue may have been taking care of in the normal course of 
things.  We have a new SSO profile and a lot of other 
protocol/profile/binding work besides, which has pretty much moved over 
to the IdP/SP view of the universe, and no doubt the tech and exec 
overviews will reflect this.  Can we close this issue given the state of 
things?
