This is a case where the profile is "empty": there is nothing more to say
beyond the binding. I can add some text explaining the same. It is
terminologically pleasant if we can use the same set of terms for all of our
features.

I notice that this has SAML URI Binding as a profile with a HTTP binding.
The current documents show that we have SAML URI as a binding - but nothing
in the profile document.
