Re: [security-services] superseding prior spec set versions? (was:Re:[security-services]FW: SAML 1.0 or 1.1)

I think we should be encouraging implementors and deployers to move towards 
SAMLv2.

At this time, given the OASIS doc process, I suggest we put a simple statement 
on the SSTC website that SAMLv2 supersedes SAMLv1.x, and also note this where 
we have links to the spec sets.
