Re: [ubl-lcsc] Sample instances for 0p65 Order and Order response

In answer to my own request, I have taken the SAP sample Order used in 
our previous distribution and modified it for this release.

To present this, i also experimented with a stylesheet based upon the UN 
Layout key for Orders. (http://www.unece.org/etrades/unedocs/)

Please find both attached (and the XML spy SPS file that i used for the 
stylesheet).

I think we should accumulate a few more examples like this and then 
issue an addendum to our release.  So i welcome any enhancements or 
comments, before we do this.

i notice the HTML with stylesheet doesn't work too well with Netscape - 
anyone got an answer as to why?
