There is also a problem with the TaxAmount. This is due to an error in the model spreadsheet (the TaxAmount ABIE should be TaxAmounts - we already have a BBIE 'TaxAmount').

I'll fix this error and the ReceiptAdvice.GUID error and send out a draft 5 as soon as I can, if that's OK.
