A minor query of part of the Index file. Someone did an excellent job in writing section D.5.1 'Example One Buying Office Supplies'.
I realise that the example of an OrderCancellation doesn't quite fit the requirement for a normal scenario. There would be no need to cancel the order which has already been changed with an Order Change. Can anyone propose a better way to include an Order Cancellation - one which fits with a normal scenario? I would then alter the example accordingly.

Alright folks, I have been working through the index file trying to get it
into shape. I have added a table of contents in the beginning. This TOC
needs to be checked to make sure its accurate. It really helps us see the
layout of the document, Tim and I will be working on that over the next
couple weeks. All comments and corrections are welcome.
