The test files validate under Spy 4 and Turbo 2.2.0.1, except that Turbo
could not load the schema until I removed all three "this:" qualifications.

Also, both editors behave properly - issue understandable and reasonable
error messages - if either "loc" or the "hi" name are misspelled in the
schema.
