There is one thing left with the specification 
which I forgot to do: When I constructed the DTD I had to make 

minor changes in order to achieve a valid DTD, 
which are not yet reflected in the DTD-fragments used to introduce

the elements. In other words, there is an 
inconsistency between the correct DTD in the appendix and the 
fragments

in the main part. I will correct this ASAP, latest 
by end of this week.

 

WRT a voice meeting, I should be available all of 
october.

  Attached is the latest version that addresses everyone's comments and adheres

To answer Kris's 
  question, I have done an informal appraisal of the specification features and 
  have concluded that all of the additions to the language have (to the best of 
  my knowledge) been implemented somewhere (either in Harmonia's tools, 
  uiml.net, DSL,...).   Perhaps a more formal examination could be 
  performed during the public review.

  
 

  
At this point I 
  would like to have this version of the specification approved by the committee 
  as a Committee Draft.  To this end, what is your availability over the 
  next couple of weeks?  I would like to meet via phone to hold the vote
