Well just think about the words. On Kavi you each get a Single Vote. And
guess what... its Transferrable.

I agree with Anish's comments that it won't give the *same* results as
an STV vote. I agree an STV is a more formal and well-ordered model. All
I was noticing was that maybe Kavi might give an approximation.
