Toshihiro,
The RequestSecurityTokenTemplate/@TrustVersion attribute should contain the appropriate WS-Trust specification document URL to indicate the WS-Trust version.
To address this issue I propose to change the attribute description on lines 773-773 as follows:
This optional attribute contains a WS-Trust specification document URI identifying the version of the WS-Trust referenced by the content of this element.
