to move forward on 107?  Do you expect to put a proposal to vote forward
soon?

I apologize for not making the call but I had the
meeting set in my 

calendar for an hour later than it actually was.

As for 91, 97 & 99, I suspect we should first vote on 107 because if
107 

is voted in then 91/97/99 are voted out by default.
