was made to target the vote on the next

         
              call (January
6th, 2009)to approve the working draft

         
              to Committee
Draft status and subsequently approve

Review status.  

         
              Discussion
centered around whether TC should do this

         
              now or
wait.  The decision was made that it made more

         
              sense
to wait as OASIS staff is very busy trying to

         
              get a
lot of votes out and people were likely to forget

         
              the review
prompt notes with the impending end of year

         
              vacation/holiday
schedules.

         
              ACTION:
Chairs instructed to prep the OASIS Staff to 

         
               
      be ready for imminent Public Review to begin
after 

         
               
      the January 6th targeted votes for Committee
