[wsrp][interfaces] Interesting article

During todays call I mentioned an article that discussed the value of
WSRP and JSR 168.  I promised to send out a pointer -- look for quotes
from our very own Thomas Schaeck.

Depending on how you read this you can view extensibility as a way of
allowing a greater than LCD specification or a crutch that allows us to
only define a LCD specification.
