ISSUE: (Post committee spec) Need to rename document files

This is a follow up to the e-mail I
sent [1] on June 2nd. This issue is post public review entry but needs
to be addressed before we go to final standard.

After the committee spec voting but
before we go forward for final OASIS approval, we need to rename all of
the PDF files to ensure they match the new OASIS naming conventions as
documented at [2]
