csprd03 - typo in "3.2 Selectors for Modules and Extensions"

I think in the sentence  “A prefix MAY be associated with more than one namespace URI (to allows for example different versions of a given module or extension to use the same prefix),” we should say “to allow” instead of “to allows.”
