csprd03 - attributes mapping table corrections

There are several issues in the table "Table 2. Mapping between attributes":

-- 1) The row for 'dir' at the bottom has no entry for <ec/>, but dir is one of the attributes allowed in <ec/> so it should be
listed in the table too.

-- 2) There should be a row for subType (same for the three elements).

-- 3) the cell "startRef / id" for <ec/> would be better with additional info. I suggest: "startRef (or id when isolated='yes')"
