Re: Quorum poll until the end of 2018

thanks for filling outÂthe doodle. I haven't heard yet from James, otherwise it looks good for the planned meetings on 27th November and 11th December.

We will skip the meeting today.

I started working on the prose spec, I initiated the XLIFF 2 and XLIFF OM based DocBook 4.5 template.

As it is in a very raw state, I haven't committed yet to the OASIS jliff repo. I did commit to my own (DavidFatDavidF) fork thereof.

I hope to make the initial draft Pull Request this or nextÂweek, so that everyone has plenty of time to contribute by 27th November.

Chet made me the second maintainer of the jliff repo, but I want us all contribute via Pull Requests (PR) from now on and one of the maintainers (Robert or I) can merge the PRs. I expect myself merging spec PRs and Robert merging any potential code PRs. Robert and I should merge each other's PRs from now on.

We will see how itÂgoes and if we eventually need another maintainer or all of us added..

Now that we decided to meet only once a month, it's critical to keep making progress offline on the GitHub repo and Wiki and to achieve quorum on the monthly meetings to progress technical discussions and and to be able to make decisions on the prose documentation.
