[xri] Putting together agenda

Ill be putting together the agenda for next week's TC concall (thx to
Geoffrey Strongin at AMD for hosting).

We'll have an agenda out 48 hours before the call. If anyone wants an item
on the agenda we send out, try to send it to us at 72 hours ahead of time.
