Comments

Section 2.1 says "Figure 1 displays an overview of interactions between 
parties in the exchange of healthcare information."  It would be helpful 
if Figure 1 and the accompanying text in Section 2.1 were aligned with 
each other.  Specifically

i) the following elements are described in the text of 2.1 but do not 
appear in Figure 1
- ACS
- RST
- RSTR
- Service Provider
- Service User
- attributes


ii) the following elements appear in Figure 1 but are not described in 
the text of section 2.1

- requestor
- claims
- web service
- security token service
