Complimentary Showfloor Passes: Please share our code with your customers and prospects and request they use it to register for a complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Pass using the code: FXE13OAS .  Deadline to redeem Expo Pass Code - Friday, February 22, 2013 SHOW FLOOR SCHEDULE Our space will be available for set-up and testing on Monday, 25 February from 8:00-4:00 PM.  The show will open for a special reception Monday evening.  Below is a complete list of show hours, including setup and dismantle times. Monday, February 25 Setup & testing beginning at 8:00 AM 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Networking and welcome reception 6 :00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 26 Show hours 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Expo pub crawl 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM Wednesday, February 27 Show hours 11:00 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday, February 28 Show hours 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Dismantle 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM REGISTRATION Each participating company is entitled to receive two “Exhibitor Badges” for the event. If you have not done so yet, please forward the names of your two individuals (including all their contact details) to me immediately.  If additional exhibitor badges are still available, we will notify the group and accept additional registrants on a first-come, first-serve basis.  All confirmed booth staff registrations will receive a formal confirmation via RSA. EQUIPMENT As a reminder, participating companies will be responsible for bringing their own equipment to the event, including internet cables.  Due to booth space constraints, we would like each company to consider bringing a monitor no more than 24 inches in size (if possible). Computer monitors are available to rent onsite. Monitor rental information is attached.  Please note:  To receive the advance discount – orders must be placed before February 11 th . COMPANY LITERATURE OASIS will be providing a informational flyer for each demo, as well as related technical committee materials.  A draft copy of the informational flyer will be circulated in January.  In addition, each company is welcome to provide their own company literature at their designated table space and/or in the booth space literature racks. Material arriving after Wednesday, February 13, 2013 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Direct to the Show Site OASIS Interoperability Standards Showcase / Booth #3012 RSA CONFERENCE 2013 C/O Freeman Moscone Center 747 Howard St. San Francisco, CA 94103 Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Saturday, February 23 2013 (our target move-in date) . Do not ship materials direct to Moscone Center prior to our target move-in date of Saturday. Shipments arriving before the assigned date/time may be refused or assessed an off target surcharge fee. Any charges incurred for off-target freight accepted by Freeman will be the responsibility of the participating company. Please note: All items and materials that must be brought into the facility may be subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the participating company.
