Please review the charter, make all edits frugal and let's resolve any final
comments by COB Wednesday.  

We cannot make the transition from L-Soft to OASIS and go through another
cycle of re-organization discussions. We agreed to let Rolly surface those
in the meeting on April 30 at 5 p.m. EST. 

We need more than momentum. We need to keep up the acceleration provided by
OASIS and use the change as a way to transform the LegalXML discussion into
action.
