Attached is a spreadsheet showing our cash balance of $4,275.79 as of this
month and a forecast for dissolution by 12/31.

The swing number is $750 - $1050 for a range of hours for accounting
services to file a federal and state returns for dissolution.

I have budgeted $750 for further work on the document collection by a
researcher for 30 hours at $25 per hour.

The low balance is $666. The high is $966.

My recommendation is to take the balance and bill it to my company as an
end-all number for any expenses that might occur after closing. Any unused
money will be will be applied to document work and to overhead for
administration. If any unexpected expenses occur after 12/31 which
substantially exceed this amount, I would reserve the right to come back to
the board.
