What follows is a suggested agenda for tomorrow’s call. I may be a couple of minutes late getting off an airplane and getting on the call. I have asked Roger to preside if my flight is late.

Firming up the New Orleans meeting plans

- Exactly what we will reimburse for members who do not have funding:

- I suggest that we postpone detailed planning for the Member Section meeting until we have our meeting in New Orleans

What to do with our Legal XML, Inc. archives?

- Dallas has suggested posting them as a single zipped file

Status of the Lawful Intercept TC

- appointment of a subcommittee to review the charter closely with Tony

Status of eNotarization

- Jamie Clark’s email that OASIS will not allow joint committees

Mission, vision, program priorities, funding priorities, process for reviewing funding requests

- Three of our members agreed to do some spade work following the last meeting. Debi should report on the TC charters, Roger on the Legal XML, Inc. corporate documents, and Karl Best on typical OASIS member section expenditures.Two TT

OASIS LegalXML's Goal is?

- To provide a family of XML Standards to support efficiency and effectiveness for ALL participants in the Justice/Court Community. It will further support other forms of dispute resolution approaches that can relieve some of the burden on the Justice/Court Community where appropriate.
