I have been getting a lot of email about the proposed
changes to the TC process.  I have also looked at the proposed new
membership agreement.  I will put both of these topics on the agenda for
the November 10^th conference call.  Please review these
documents between now and then if you have a chance.  John
 Messing – I would particularly appreciate your looking at the
membership agreement; I have read it once and found it baffling.
