I move that we adopt the Proposed
Spending Plan for 2005 as presented by chairperson Greacen, authorizing him to
submit that to OASIS immediately upon Steering Committee approval via e-mail. Note:
I mean to include the recommendations on the consultant contract as part of
what would be approved by this motion.
