Point taken.  There is language about
Persons Eligible to Participate, but I accept the guidance that one might miss
that that as a critical gatekeeper to all the levels or types of participation. 
 As we are redrafting the pages that describe the policies, we’ll be
mindful of this, so we can reduce any opportunity for confusion.  I am
glad though, without regard to the policies and any possible misinterpretation,
Tom saw a possible issue and raised it.  That level of awareness confirms
our understanding that the marketplace sensitivity around IPR is growing. 

 

As for the issue of Shane contributing a
Shane and Tom co-authored document:  I’ll defer to Jamie on this one.
