John,

I have asked Jamie Clark to speak directly with Eric Tingom and Tom Clarke
about the specific contribution.  He has been *extremely busy* leading the
roll-out of the revised IPR Policy and making sure that all of the
supporting documents are ready for the announcement next week.  Please bear
with us and I'm sure Jamie will be able to have a little more time later
next week to directly address your question.
